When your consigned kit is received by the Triode PCB it will be undergo thorough an audit prior to being released to production. We compare BOM (bill of materials) to the components and verify the part numbers and quantities. And should there be any discrepancies identified our team will contact you and they provide some options.

Placing a turn-key order is not different from a kitted order. At the point of quote request just specify you would like the Triode to supply the components and/or Printed Circuit Board.
Triode printed circuit board will buy the exact parts that what you specify so that please ensures a supplier’s or manufacturer’s part number is included in your bill of materials. If a part is not available or suppose the lead time is longer than your requested lead time, the experienced staff at Triode will research possible crosses or the substitute parts and then contact you for approval before placing the order.
We do not fabricate the printed circuit boards internally. However, we work very closely with local and offshore Printed Circuit Board suppliers to good serve our customers.
Then we select the best PCB (Printed Circuit Board) fabricator for our customer’s needs. From 24 hour lead time, 1-20 layers, hard gold, aluminum backing, flexible circuits and multiple surface finishes.
All of the Printed Circuit Board’s we order undergo 100% electrical testing as a standard process.
